We always try to serve better and better service for your 100% satisfaction. But in case you are not satisfied with a final delivered work, then you can avail of a 100% refund. For more transparency, please consider, you must have at list one strong reason to cancel the order (for example, the quality of delivered work). After order cancelation, your copyright for the use of delivered service/product (or any work we did for you) will be canceled without informing you; you cannot use it for any purpose.
Charges Flexibility
Described charges while discussing project are calculated according to project/service/work complexity. But, according to the additional service, service price may change, and it will be discussed with you from time to time. There is no hidden cost/charges; you have to pay the only amount which explained in your invoice but in case your bank charge you then we will be not responsible for that.
Project Delivery
Before starting each project client will get an estimate project delivery time. We will deliver this project on or before the delivery time. But, it can be a little delay if we need additional clarification and or If a long time to the response from the client.
Fixed Price Project Completion
Once work is delivered, the client has five days to respond. In this case, the client can ask for revision/modification. If client not respond within the response period, the order will be considered as completed.
Fixed Price Project Revisions
The client can request the revision after the work/project delivered. Revisions are limited to 4 only. By asking a revision to gain more services beyond the agreed project/work is not allowed.
Project/Order Payment
All projects are on a prepaid basis. Once you paid successfully, the project countdown towards the delivery date will be started.
Non-Permitted Usage
We do not allow any exchange of adult-oriented or pornographic materials and services. We will not provide any Service for any illegal use. The client may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or to illegal activities. It is strictly prohibited to ask for illegal purpose service.
Service Terms Modification
We may change or modify these terms for any reason (such as a better understanding and detail explanation) without informing you. The updated and changed terms and policies will not apply to the service purchased with old terms and policies. It will remain the same as it was while buying service. If you do not agree with the new and the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that service.
